Datavault AI to Detail $200 Million Revenue Push

Datavault AI

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) will use its first analyst and investor day Aug. 4 in New York to detail how tokenization agreements, planned digital exchanges and a nationwide computing network are expected to support its target of at least $200 million in 2026 revenue.

Management plans to demonstrate the company’s Information Data Exchange and outline the commercial rollout of platforms designed to license and trade data, commodities, advertising, intellectual property and other tokenized assets.

The company has entered into separate agreements covering real-world assets with an estimated combined value of $800 million. Datavault AI projects that nearly $100 million in fees could be recognized during 2026 as assets are tokenized and related services are performed.

Those estimates depend on the execution of the agreements, completion of the underlying work and the timing of revenue recognition.

Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel T. Bradley described the event as an opportunity to show investors how the company intends to combine artificial intelligence, blockchain and cybersecurity technologies.

“We are excited to provide investors with a firsthand look at the technologies that we expect will define the future of digital commerce,” Bradley stated.

Datavault AI plans to discuss tokenization programs involving gold, copper, tin, diamonds, rare earth and strategic minerals, carbon credits and real estate. Its pipeline also includes sports and entertainment assets, name, image and likeness rights, and other intellectual property.

The event will include an update on Datavault AI’s SanQtum distributed graphics-processing-unit network. Initial sites began operating in New York and Philadelphia in April.

Datavault AI plans to expand the network to approximately 48,000 GPUs across more than 100 U.S. cities and 1,000 sites by the end of 2026. Full commercial availability is anticipated to begin during the third quarter.
