PHILADELPHIA, PA — Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq: DVLT) began trading its Dream Bowl I meme token on the Biconomy Exchange on July 5, extending the Philadelphia technology company’s digital-asset strategy from token creation and distribution into secondary-market trading.
The token trades against Tether under the DREAM1/USDT pair. Datavault AI previously distributed the assets to qualifying shareholders associated with record dates of Nov. 25, 2025, and Jan. 7, 2026.
The listing gives eligible holders a venue to buy or sell the tokens, though the company did not disclose their market capitalization, initial trading price, liquidity, ownership concentration or expected financial contribution.
Datavault AI described the tokens as potentially offering liquidity, membership benefits and access to future Dream Bowl promotional events. Those prospective uses remain subject to the company’s development of the program.
Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel T. Bradley positioned the initiative as both a shareholder-engagement tool and a demonstration of the company’s platform for managing meme, utility and stablecoins.
“We have a service to manage meme, stable and utility coins for our customers,” Bradley said.
The Dream Bowl token is tied to the company’s football-related event and is intended to commemorate player performance and other event data. Datavault AI has been developing technology for data monetization, digital credentialing and the tokenization of real-world assets.
The company cited CoinGecko data showing that Biconomy served more than 1 million users and institutions, listed more than 700 cryptocurrencies and reported about $3.3 billion in 24-hour trading volume as of July 6. Those figures were provided by Datavault AI and were not independently verified.
