RADNOR, PA — CoreX introduced a ServiceNow-focused consulting and implementation program designed to help organizations deploy artificial-intelligence systems across workplace operations while maintaining centralized governance over agents, models and data.
The program, called CoreX AI Horizon, combines business planning, technical integration and continuing management for customers using the ServiceNow AI Platform.
CoreX is positioning the offering around a shift from separate applications, portals and forms toward a single digital interface capable of processing employee requests across multiple business systems.
The approach also addresses the operational risks created as companies add AI agents, models and external data sources. CoreX plans to provide oversight across both ServiceNow and AI systems operating outside the platform.
“Customers don’t need ‘just another AI offering,’” CoreX Chief Executive Officer Rick Wright said. “They need a partner who knows the ServiceNow AI Platform deeply and can harness the needs of the technology and the business.”
AI Horizon begins with a roughly one-hour assessment, called Orient, that evaluates a customer’s current systems and potential uses for AI.
A second stage, Chart, consists of a half-day or full-day planning session to establish business priorities, select an initial project and identify the data required to support it.
CoreX then moves projects into Expand, a scoped implementation stage in which the company builds and tests the selected systems.
The program includes five service categories. Effortless Employee Service creates a central AI interface through which employees can submit requests without navigating multiple systems.
Digital Workforce uses governed AI agents to complete routine work across applications, while directing exceptions and decisions requiring human judgment to employees.
Governed AI at Scale provides lifecycle controls and records for AI assets operating within and outside ServiceNow. AI Strategy to Execution develops technical architecture and an implementation sequence, while Value that Compounds provides continuing optimization through CoreX’s CoreXtend managed services.
CoreX said each engagement draws on six capabilities covering outcome design, AI governance, agent coordination, system integration, optimization and implementation.
The company was among the first partners to complete the Moveworks Partner Acceleration Program, adding conversational-AI expertise to its ServiceNow integration business.
Alix Douglas, ServiceNow’s group vice president of global technology partnerships, said the program combines CoreX’s implementation work with the data and governance structures companies need to expand their use of AI.
