Chris Lorino Joins GF Hotels & Resorts as Senior Executive VP of Operations

PHILADELPHIA, PA — GF Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Chris Lorino as Senior Executive Vice President of Operations. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lorino brings a strong track record of leadership and operational expertise to the role.

Lorino’s career began in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he gained early experience working at seasonal resorts. He later earned a degree from Boston University’s School of Hospitality, solidifying his foundation in the industry. He spent 18 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, advancing through various roles at Westin properties in multiple cities.

He further honed his skills at Provenance Hotels, managing boutique properties known for unique designs and curated guest experiences. Lorino later served as Vice President of Operations for Sage Hospitality, overseeing a diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for First Hospitality, where he led the management of 70 hotels and 25 restaurants across the U.S.
