PHILADELPHIA, PA — Asset-Map Holdings Inc. has integrated its financial planning platform with artificial intelligence assistant Quin, allowing financial advisors to automate client record updates, meeting preparation and follow-up communications while reducing administrative work across separate software systems.
The Philadelphia-based company said the integration gives Quin access to household financial information maintained in Asset-Map and enables the assistant to modify those records based on client discussions.
The arrangement extends AI automation beyond meeting summaries and document drafting into the management of financial planning data, a recurring administrative responsibility for advisory firms.
Before client meetings, Quin reviews an advisor’s calendar and generates briefing materials using household information stored in Asset-Map, including family members, financial accounts and relationships among those records.
Advisors can also request specific client information through text messages, email or voice memos.
During consultations, Asset-Map presents a consolidated view of household finances, including assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage and financial relationships.
The platform also identifies potential financial risks through its Signals feature and tracks progress toward planning objectives through Target-Maps.
Quin records meeting notes during in-person, video or telephone consultations, allowing advisors to concentrate on client discussions rather than documentation.
Following a meeting, the assistant can add or modify household members and financial instruments in Asset-Map based on the information discussed. It also transfers meeting notes to the advisor’s customer relationship management system.
Advisors receive a summary of the changes and can request corrections through a reply.
The integration also allows Quin to draft responses to client emails using financial information from Asset-Map, with advisors reviewing the communications before sending them.
“The first wave of AI for advisors was about drafting content and taking notes,” said Gabe Caldwell, co-founder of Quin. “The next wave is about putting data to work.”
The functionality addresses a common operational challenge for financial advisory practices: maintaining consistent client information across planning software, communication systems and customer relationship management platforms.
H. Adam Holt, founder and chief executive officer of Asset-Map, said the integration is intended to reduce the administrative demands surrounding client meetings while preserving the advisor’s role in financial planning discussions.
“The best planning happens when the advisor and the client are collaborating and focusing on the same page,” Holt said.
The companies also outlined data protection measures governing the integration.
According to Asset-Map, Quin does not store information retrieved from its platform, and the data is not used to train Quin’s artificial intelligence models. Information is encrypted during transmission and while stored.
The integration combines Asset-Map’s household financial visualization tools with Quin’s workflow automation capabilities, allowing advisors to use existing client information to prepare meetings, maintain records and manage subsequent communications.
