Unruh Turner Burke & Frees Adds J. Bryan Tuk to Business Group

WEST CHESTER, PA — Unruh Turner Burke & Frees said it has added attorney J. Bryan Tuk to its Business and Transactional Practice Group, expanding the firm’s capabilities in commercial transactions and finance.

Tuk brings 25 years of legal experience, focusing on business planning, corporate governance, and banking and finance matters, according to the firm.

His practice includes advising business owners on formation, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as representing financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.

The firm said Tuk has experience structuring loan agreements, negotiating documentation, and handling interbank participation and loan sale transactions.

In addition to transactional work, Tuk advises clients in the entertainment industry on copyright, music publishing, and media-related legal matters.

He has represented authors, artists, production companies, record labels, and other industry professionals, the firm said.

Tuk earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester University and a law degree from Temple University School of Law.

He is licensed in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association.
