EXTON, PA — Hankin Group said Kimberton Whole Foods will open its largest Chester County location on April 27, 2026, at Eagleview Town Center, alongside the debut of 41 new apartment units at Claremont on the Square.
The openings mark the completion of a mixed-use development that combines retail and residential space in Exton, with residents beginning move-ins on April 22, 2026.
The new Kimberton Whole Foods store spans 14,300 square feet and is the company’s eighth location, offering groceries, prepared foods, and café services.
“Eagleview aligns well with our priorities around community engagement, sustainability, and local partnerships,” said Kimberton Whole Foods co-founder and CEO Terry Brett.
The apartments, located above the grocery store, include studio through three-bedroom units in a LEED-certified building, with amenities such as an outdoor terrace, fitness access, and shared community spaces.
“Claremont on the Square has consistently been one of the region’s most in-demand residential communities,” said Michael Hankin, president of Hankin Apartments and chief operating officer of Hankin Group.
The Eagleview development spans approximately 800 acres and includes residential, office, and retail space.
Kimberton Whole Foods will host a grand opening weekend on May 9 and May 10 featuring local vendors, giveaways, and promotions.
