VALLEY FORGE, PA — UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) will report fiscal third-quarter 2026 financial results after U.S. markets close on Aug. 5, with investors set to evaluate the performance of the diversified energy distributor amid continued focus on utility demand, propane markets and its broader U.S. and European operations.
The company said it will host a webcast and conference call at 9 a.m. ET on Aug. 6 to discuss the quarterly results and answer questions from analysts and investors.
The earnings release will provide an updated look at the performance of UGI’s regulated natural gas utilities, propane distribution business, midstream operations and renewable energy activities during the fiscal third quarter.
