Fitzgerald is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in medical device contract manufacturing. His tenure as CEO of Flexan, a Linden Capital Partners portfolio company, saw the business achieve significant growth and an acquisition by ILC Dover, owned by New Mountain Capital. Fitzgerald has also held senior roles at MRP Solutions, ITxM, Vesta, Cardinal Health, and Baxter Healthcare, bolstering his reputation as a transformational leader in the industry.
