Chester County Receives $1 Million Grant for Retail/Office Building

COATESVILLE, PA — Rep. Dan Williams, D-Chester, announced that Chester County has received a $1 million grant from the state’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program that will be used by Proudfoot Investments XX LLC to build a retail/office building.

The $1 million grant will be used to finance construction of the building, located at 300 E. Lincoln Highway in the City of Coatesville.

“Grants like the one we received today will only serve to benefit the people and businesses of Chester County,” Williams said. “I look forward to seeing the region receive more grants like this one in the future.”

RACP is a state program administered by the Office of the Budget whose grants aim to bolster community development and economic activity.
