WAYNE, PA â Frontline Education announced the launch of a new recruiting and hiring system designed to streamline hiring processes for Kâ12 school districts, the company said.
The system is intended to address gaps between recruiting, hiring, and onboarding that can slow hiring and lead to candidate drop-off, according to the company.
Frontline said the platform connects each stage of hiring into a single workflow, allowing school districts to move candidates from application through onboarding without duplicating work or losing visibility.
The system integrates with K12JobSpot, a national Kâ12 job network, to expand access to potential candidates, the company said.
Additional features include tools to track candidate progress, reduce application drop-off, and support faster hiring decisions.
âDistricts donât have a hiring problemâthey have a breakdown problem,â said Joel Sackett, chief product officer at Frontline Education. âProgress gets lost between steps, and teams are forced to redo work.â
The launch is part of a broader effort by the company to expand its platform and connect its people, student, and business systems, Frontline said.
Chief Executive Officer Matt Strazza said the company has increased investment in its technology and operations.
âWeâre seeing a renaissance at Frontline,â Strazza said. âOver the past year, weâve attracted top-tier talent, expanded our customer success organization, and invested tens of millions of dollars in product innovation.â
Frontline said the system is designed to help school districts manage hiring more efficiently as they face increased competition for educators.
