PHILADELPHIA, PA — Insomnia Cookies is returning three previously offered flavors to stores across the U.S. and Canada for a limited run, giving the Philadelphia-based bakery chain another seasonal product rotation built around established brands and familiar snack flavors.
The Nostalgia lineup includes PB&J Filled, Fruity Cereal ’N Milk Filled and Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cookies. The products will be available at participating bakeries while supplies last.
PB&J Filled combines a peanut butter cookie with a grape jelly filling, adapting the traditional sandwich combination into the company’s filled-cookie format.
Fruity Cereal ’N Milk Filled uses a fruity cereal cookie with cereal-milk buttercream filling.
The Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries variety combines a brown sugar cookie with Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cereal and dried blueberries.
The three varieties are returning products rather than additions to Insomnia Cookies’ permanent menu.
“Certain flavors have the power to transport you right back to childhood—whether it’s opening your lunchbox, pouring a bowl of cereal or reaching for your favorite after-school snack,” founder and Chief Executive Officer Seth Berkowitz said.
The limited-edition products will remain available at participating locations in the U.S. and Canada while supplies last.
