Night Paving Could Disrupt Key Chester County Roads

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Drivers in southern Chester County should prepare for overnight and daytime delays next week as PennDOT begins resurfacing operations on a key roadway in Kennett and New Garden townships.

  • Times: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (overnight); 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Thursday–Friday daytime paving)
  • Reason: Milling and paving

Lane closures with flagging will be in place during both overnight and limited daytime hours as crews mill and repave the roadway. Traffic will be directed through the work zone in alternating patterns.
