COATESVILLE, PA — Greater Philadelphia Small Business Services LLC has officially launched in Pennsylvania, establishing offices in Coatesville and unveiling its first initiative: a complimentary stress management workshop for first responders across the region.
Founded and led by Oreste J. D’Aversa, the firm provides business coaching, consulting, training, and professional services tailored to help small businesses, professionals, and organizations navigate demanding environments. D’Aversa, who brings decades of experience in professional development, emphasized the company’s community-driven mission.
“First responders face extraordinary stress in their work, and this workshop provides practical, time-efficient tools to help them recharge and continue serving our communities with focus and resilience,” D’Aversa said.
The free program, titled “15-Minute Body, Mind and Spirit Stress Solution: Simple Practices to End Overwhelm, Reduce Burnout, and Restore Lasting Calm – Fast!”, introduces accessible methods including mindful breathing, visualization, and meditation. Designed as a 30-minute session, it aims to help participants manage stress and improve focus both on and off duty.
The workshop is available at no cost to agencies and organizations serving first responders in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Greater Philadelphia Small Business Services’ launch reflects its dual mission: providing professional services to businesses and giving back to the community through initiatives that support resilience and well-being.
