WEST CHESTER, PA — A. Duie Pyle has been recognized as the 2025 Regional LTL Carrier of the Year by Translogistics, Inc. (TLI), a Pennsylvania-based third-party logistics provider that partners with carriers nationwide.
The annual award honors carriers for performance, reliability, and customer service. Pyle earned the top spot in the regional less-than-truckload (LTL) category, which refers to shipments that do not require a full trailer, based on its strong delivery record and shipment volume. In 2025, the company achieved a 94.45 percent on-time pickup rate and a 99.36 percent on-time delivery rate across freight managed by TLI.
“TLI has been a valued and trusted partner for many years, and receiving this recognition further showcases the Pyle People’s dedication to service quality, responsiveness and operational excellence,” said Shawn McGhee, vice president of national accounts at A. Duie Pyle. “It’s especially meaningful coming from another Pennsylvania-based company that shares our values of integrity, partnership and long-term collaboration.”
Pyle, founded in 1924, has grown from a single terminal in West Chester into a regional carrier known for reliability and service. That growth was highlighted by TLI’s sourcing and pricing manager, Tim Wolfskill. “I personally have worked with Pyle since it had a single terminal in West Chester, Pa., and the company has grown into an exemplary carrier with outstanding performance metrics and service. Its exceptional service extends to every person we interact with at Pyle,” he said.
The recognition underscores Pyle’s long-standing role in the Northeast’s freight and logistics industry and its continuing partnership with TLI to deliver dependable service to shippers.
