In the U.S., Unisys was additionally recognized in Smart and Sustainable Workplace Leadership for device lifecycle management, workplace energy monitoring and environmental, social and governance reporting.
The AI-focused category evaluated providers on areas including governance, adoption and organizational change management as companies integrate artificial intelligence into workplace operations.
“Workplace services are being reshaped by AI, evolving stakeholder expectations and increasing demands for security and efficiency,” Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys, said.
ISG also cited Unisys’ Experience Management Office and experience-level agreement model, which are designed to measure workplace performance beyond traditional service metrics.
For workplace operations, ISG pointed to the company’s Service Experience Accelerator, which combines operational, service and experience data.
Kevin Turner, principal consultant with ISG’s Future of Work team, said Unisys’ U.K. offering connects workplace strategy, operations and AI adoption through a broader experience-management framework.
The designations come as Unisys continues positioning its digital workplace business around AI-enabled services, employee experience, security and automation.
