Dowlin Forge Road Reopens After Bridge Repairs in Uwchlan Township

UWCHLAN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that Dowlin Forge Road in Uwchlan Township, Chester County, has officially reopened to traffic following the completion of bridge repairs.

The roadway had been closed since Saturday, May 17, between Route 282 (Creek Road) and Dorlan Mill Road to allow crews to complete the necessary structural work.

With the repairs finalized, traffic has resumed in both directions, restoring full access to the area.
