Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Suspect in North Philadelphia Theft

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a theft from a vehicle that took place in late June.

According to investigators, on June 26, 2025, at approximately 4:42 a.m., a male suspect gained entry to a parked vehicle in the 1400 block of North 18th Street by accessing the driver-side door. Once inside, the suspect allegedly stole a Lululemon bag containing credit cards and personal documents.

The suspect is described as a Black male with a heavy build and a beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a white shirt, a towel draped around his neck, and a black baseball cap.

Police have released a photograph of the suspect in hopes that community members can help identify him. Authorities urge the public not to approach the individual if seen and to contact 911 immediately.
