PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Borough Police have filed criminal charges against two individuals following an investigation into allegations of false police reporting. The investigation, initiated on May 7, 2025, concluded with the arrests of Dominiqtta Odida, 22, and Adrian Aguiar, 24, on June 30.
Authorities allege that both Odida and Aguiar intentionally filed false reports with the purpose of having another individual wrongfully arrested. Police have charged each individual with false reports and related offenses in connection with the case.
Preliminary hearings for both suspects will be scheduled at District Court 15-3-07.
Law enforcement officials emphasize that both Odida and Aguiar are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
