NORTH COVENTRY TWP, PA — Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating a 42-year-old man wanted in connection with allegations of retail theft and failure to appear at a court hearing.
The North Coventry Police Department has issued a warrant for John David Ruppert after he did not attend his preliminary hearing scheduled for May 12, 2025. The warrant, authorized on May 14, 2025, under docket number MJ-15207-CR-19-2025, stems from charges of retail theft.
