Seven Arrests in Wilmington Probe: Prostitution and Warrants Uncovered

WILMINGTON, DE — Seven individuals, including six women and one man, were taken into custody following an investigation by the Wilmington Police Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division on May 7, 2025.

The investigation, conducted in response to reports of criminal activity and quality-of-life concerns, centered on the 1700 block of Thatcher Street and the 2200 block of Lancaster Avenue.

Authorities identified three individuals with unrelated outstanding warrants. Porsha Wiggins, 46, Courtney Woods, 32, and Shawn Blevins, 30, were arrested without incident. Additionally, Brittney Parker, 33, Shanna Marrs, 35, Ebony Ware, 35, and Kristin Robison, 43, were also arrested and have been charged with prostitution.

The case remains under investigation as police address issues in the targeted areas.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
