FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC has announced the promotion of John Galaviz to the new role of President. Galaviz, who has been serving as Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in 2023, will continue to hold that position while assuming expanded leadership responsibilities aimed at driving national growth and operational efficiency. He will report directly to Matt Gardner, Chairman and CEO.

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Galaviz has built a track record of success across both the brokerage and carrier sectors, particularly in private equity-backed organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford University.
Since joining Patriot, Galaviz has become a key advisor to the company’s executive leadership, Board, and Agency Principals nationwide. His new role will focus on building collaboration, advancing operational strategies, and sustaining the company’s rapid expansion.
