KMM Group Expands Leadership Amid Manufacturing Growth

KMM Group

HATBORO, PA — KMM Group has appointed two senior executives to oversee operations and finance as the precision contract manufacturer expands production capacity, invests in equipment and increases its workforce following an investment by RS2 Healthcare Partners.

The company named Amy Goff vice president of operations and Erica Blake chief financial officer, adding manufacturing and financial management experience as it prepares for a larger production footprint.

The appointments follow J. Mark King’s elevation to president and chief executive officer in July 2026 and the completion of a platform investment in KMM by RS2 Healthcare Partners.

The leadership changes place additional oversight of manufacturing operations, supply chains and financial management under executives with experience in medical device and specialty manufacturing businesses.

Goff brings nearly 30 years of experience in medical device manufacturing and contract production. She most recently served as a vice president at Canadian Hospital Specialties, where she directed changes to North American supply chain operations.

Previously, she spent nearly two decades at Argon Medical, overseeing responsibilities across seven manufacturing facilities and five distribution centers in seven countries.

“My role is to listen to the people closest to that work and strengthen the processes that will allow the organization to expand,” Goff said.

Blake has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in medical devices, life sciences and specialty manufacturing.

She most recently served as head of finance for North America at LGC Clinical Diagnostics. Her earlier positions included financial controller at Nitto Denko Avecia and corporate controller at Tegra Medical.

The appointments come as KMM pursues capital investments intended to increase manufacturing capacity and support workforce expansion.
