WILMINGTON, DE — WSFS Bank, a subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), has announced the appointment of Kate McGlinchey as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Reporting directly to Christine Davis, WSFS Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, McGlinchey will oversee the bank’s Compliance Management, Fraud Prevention, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs.
McGlinchey’s responsibilities will span all risk areas across the organization, including regulatory compliance, wealth management, and enterprise governance. She will also drive the strategic direction of WSFS’s compliance initiatives.
“Kate is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive industry experience,” said Davis. “Kate’s expertise will ensure that our commitment to regulatory standards remains strong, enabling continued growth.”
With over 20 years of experience in risk management and financial compliance, McGlinchey brings a wealth of knowledge from leadership roles at major financial institutions such as TD Bank, Capital One, and First Citizens Bank.

McGlinchey holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation and an Enterprise Risk Management certification from the University of Maryland. She also contributes to the community as a board member for Communities in Schools of Delaware, which supports at-risk youth.
