MALVERN, PA — Judge Mackenzie Smith has officially earned the endorsement of the Chester County Democratic Committee as she campaigns for a full term on the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. The announcement, made Tuesday evening, marks a significant milestone in her candidacy for one of two open seats in the 2025 election.

Judge Smith, who was recently appointed to the bench by Governor Josh Shapiro and confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate, currently serves under an appointment set to expire at the end of 2025. Her endorsement solidifies her Democratic support as she seeks to secure a full ten-year term through the upcoming election.
