Aqua Pennsylvania Utility Improvement Scheduled on Route 401 in East Whiteland Township

Lane closures with flagging

EAST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP, PA — Aqua Pennsylvania is expected to begin utility construction on Route 401 (Conestoga Road) in East Whiteland Township, Chester County.

On Monday, October 23, through Tuesday, November 7, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Route 401 (Conestoga Road) between Moores Road and Phoenixville Pike.

Motorists are being advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
