MALVERN, PA — The Wardrobe is excited to announce a new location at the Lincoln Court Shopping Center, 235 Lancaster Avenue, Malvern, PA. Housed in the site of the former Goodwill Store and Donation Center, this location will be familiar to resale shoppers and donors.

The shop will hold its official Grand Opening, Thursday, October 8 from 11:30-12:30 p.m. with elected officials and special guests cutting our ribbon and welcoming shoppers into the newest Wardrobe location. RSVP and learn more here.

Supporters are invited to shop, donate, and volunteer while helping the nonprofit organization empower people on their journey to independence. The Wardrobe’s free clothing services are available to individuals seeking professional, casual, or everyday clothing to help them achieve their personal and career goals. The Wardrobe projects to assist nearly 2,000 Chester County residents this year, which is a Chester County record for the organization.

“While we were disappointed by the closing of the Exton Square Mall and one of our most well-shopped and served locations, we are thrilled to open just 15 minutes away in Malvern,” says Executive Director Sheri Cole. “The location should be accessible for our Exton shoppers, volunteers, and donors, as well as customers and clients throughout Chester County and the Main Line.”

While finding the right home for its Chester County operations, The Wardrobe opened a temporary store in the Plymouth Meeting Mall, which will remain open Wednesday-Saturday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. through January for clothing services, resale shopping and donations.

The public is welcome to start donating clothing at the Malvern location on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-4 p.m. starting the week of September 14.  The Wardrobe accepts casual and professional menswear, womenswear, accessories, shoes and toiletries that are in season and in style.
