CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Christmas is a time of giving, and The Salvation Army is asking for your help to make sure that no one in our community goes without during this holiday season. Their Virtual Red Kettle campaign is behind its fundraising goal, and donations are down 22% overall. In some locations, the demand for assistance has even increased by 40%.
