Woman Arrested for Providing False Identification: Oxford Police Department News

OXFORD, PA — In a recent press release, the Oxford Police Department reported that Stefanie Sprouse, age 39, of Nottingham was arrested on March 5, 2022.

On August 16, 2022, police reportedly conducted a traffic stop in which Sprouse was a passenger and discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. After obtaining a search warrant, they found additional narcotics and Sprouse’s identification card.

Sprouse has been charged with false identification to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Due to medical reasons, Sprouse was unable to be processed at the time of her arrest. A summons has been issued, and she is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing.
