PARKESBURG, PA — Andrea R. Fidanza, age 36, of Parkesburg Borough, has been arrested and charged with Interference with the Custody of Children after an incident in May 2022.
According to police reports, Fidanza removed a juvenile from their residence without consent or authority. An arrest warrant was issued for Fidanza on May 18, 2022.
