WEST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP, PA — Local authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a man identified as Neiaz Rahpo, 33, who failed to appear in court for multiple traffic charges and has been linked to other serious offenses.

The West Whiteland Township Police Department confirmed that the warrant was issued on December 1, 2023, by District Court 15-4-3 under court docket number CR-302-2023. Rahpo, who is described as a White male, is wanted for failing to respond or appear in court for multiple charges.

Rahpo’s alleged offenses include driving while suspended, fleeing and eluding police, and escape. The latter two charges are particularly serious, involving the evasion of law enforcement and escaping from lawful custody or confinement.

The West Whiteland Township Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding Rahpo’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at 610-363-0200 or submit a tip online here. They caution the public not to approach or attempt to apprehend Rahpo themselves due to the seriousness of the charges he faces.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
