State Police Investigating Impersonation of Trooper

COATESVILLE, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced they are investigating the impersonation of a State Trooper.

Authorities say that on October 1, 2022, the 37-year-old male victim reported an incident in which an unknown suspect impersonated a Trooper from the Embreeville Barracks. The public is being advised to use caution when speaking to individuals from unknown telephone numbers and to report suspicious activity to their local police.
