EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced that a traffic incident has resulted in a second arrest warrant being issued for 33-year-old Anthony D. Devine Jr.
Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-3 granted the warrant on October 12, 2023, on charges of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police. Devine is wanted by the West Whiteland Township Police Department in connection to a shoplifting incident in Exton, Chester County, Pennsylvania from August 2023.
