EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for 33-year-old Anthony D. Devine Jr.
Authorities say that the Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-3 granted the warrant on August 25, 2023, in connection with a shoplifting incident that occurred in Exton, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
