PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Police have issued an arrest warrant for 45-year-old Bobbi Jo Perry. The warrant, secured on December 18, 2023, relates to a felony retail theft that occurred on November 18, 2023, at the Dollar General located at 120 W. First Avenue.
Perry is described as a white female, standing 5’5″ tall and weighing approximately 175 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
