EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for 84-year-old Laraine Whayland.
On October 2, 2023, Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-3 granted the arrest warrant on charges of terrorist threats, assault, and related offenses.
