Pipe Replacement to Cause Delays on Old Kennett Road

KENNETT TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that pipe replacement work is scheduled for Old Kennett Road in Kennett Township, Chester County.

On Wednesday, May 29, and Friday, May 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Old Kennett Road will be closed between Route 82 (Creek Road) and Kaolin Road. During this time, motorists will be diverted to use East Hillendale Road and Route 82 (Creek Road).

Local access will be maintained. Drivers should plan for extra travel time as backups and delays will occur. All activities are weather dependent.
