PARKESBURG, PA — A 33-year-old woman faces a child endangerment charge and related offenses stemming from an incident reported in Atglen Borough, according to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department.
Police said charges were filed against Brittney Anne Burns following an alleged incident that occurred in June. Authorities did not provide additional information about the circumstances of the case.
According to police, Burns was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and related offenses. Her arrest date was listed as July 10.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled in Chester County District Court 15-3-07, police reported.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
