HARRISBURG, PA — Pennsylvania investigators have seized more than 20 vehicles, including several high-end and specialty automobiles, as part of an ongoing investigation into an alleged North Philadelphia drug-trafficking organization.

Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that the vehicle seizures stem from a continuing investigation into what authorities describe as the “5th & Cornwall” organization, a group prosecutors allege trafficked cocaine and crack cocaine in North Philadelphia.

According to the Office of Attorney General, agents recently seized the vehicles from a property in the 4400 block of North 3rd Street in Philadelphia. Authorities also reported making three additional arrests connected to the seizure of crack cocaine and cocaine in the area of North 5th Street.

Investigators allege the vehicles were purchased using proceeds generated through drug trafficking activities. The Commonwealth intends to pursue forfeiture proceedings to establish that connection, according to the Attorney General’s Office.

Among the vehicles seized were a 1988 Ferrari Testarossa, a 2012 Fisker Karma EcoChic, a custom tow truck resembling one featured in the “Fast & Furious” film franchise, a 2017 Shelby Cobra Backdraft Roadster, a Porsche 911, an Austin-Healey Sprite, and a Beck Porsche Speedster.

The investigation follows a series of arrests and search warrants executed in September 2025. According to prosecutors, 32 people have been charged in connection with the alleged organization, including Jimmie Torres, whom authorities describe as the group’s alleged leader, and Matthew Torres, who investigators allege managed operations while his father was in Puerto Rico.

Authorities reported that more than 13 kilograms of cocaine, 50 pounds of marijuana, and 21 firearms were seized during earlier phases of the investigation.

The Attorney General’s Office said the investigation remains active. Jimmie Torres remains a fugitive and is being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service, according to authorities.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
