Wanted Driver Faces Charges in West Whiteland Bench Warrant

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland police are seeking the public’s help locating an 18-year-old man wanted on a bench warrant issued in Chester County.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, a bench warrant was issued July 31 for Yosimer Funes-Dominguez, 18.

Police describe Funes-Dominguez as a Hispanic male standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

According to the department, Funes-Dominguez is wanted on charges of accidents involving death or personal injury and driving without a license. Police said the bench warrant was issued through Chester County District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-135-2026.
