HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — A 47-year-old man has been charged after police say he was allegedly found driving a stolen vehicle during a traffic stop.
According to Lower Moreland Township police, officers initiated a traffic stop on April 20 in the 600 block of Red Lion Road. Police reported the driver was identified as Devon Golding.
Investigators said further investigation allegedly determined the vehicle had been reported stolen.
According to police, Golding was taken into custody on April 21 and charged with receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
