PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Borough police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a woman wanted on an arrest warrant stemming from a retail theft investigation.
According to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department, an arrest warrant was issued July 14 for 36-year-old Domenique Dolores Jenkin-Stone.
Police reported that the warrant was issued in connection with a shoplifting investigation. Jenkin-Stone is wanted on charges of retail theft and related offenses, according to authorities.
According to police, Jenkin-Stone is described as a Black female, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The warrant was issued by Magisterial District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-167-2026.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
