UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — Upper Chichester Township Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 31-year-old man wanted on multiple charges stemming from an alleged domestic-related assault.
Police identified the wanted man as James Obyrne, 31.
According to police, the alleged assault occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. Aug. 14 in the 2000 block of Chichester Avenue.
Obyrne is wanted on charges of simple assault, evading arrest or detention, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct, police reported.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about Obyrne’s whereabouts to call 610-485-8400 or dial 911.
The case is listed under docket number MJ-32136-CR-0000352-2026.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
