Police Search for Man Wanted on Theft, Corruption Charges

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township police are seeking a man wanted on an active arrest warrant related to theft and other charges stemming from a shoplifting investigation.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, an arrest warrant was issued May 28 for 41-year-old Larry Richard Parrott.

Police said Parrott is wanted on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, and corruption of minors. Authorities identified the underlying incident as a shoplifting investigation.

According to information released by police, the warrant was issued under docket number CR-120-2026 by District Court 15-4-03.

Police described Parrott as a Black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 250 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
