PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department has arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with allegations of aggravated assault, strangulation, and related offenses.
The arrest of Junior Odair Lopez follows an incident that took place on May 25, 2025, at approximately 5:00 p.m. in the 100 block of North Church Street. Police allege that Lopez was involved in actions leading to the serious charges filed against him.
After his arrest, Lopez was transported to Chester County Prison, where he awaits arraignment and the subsequent scheduling of a preliminary hearing at District Court 15-3-07.
Authorities emphasize that Mr. Lopez, like all individuals accused of crimes, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
