PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in identifying an individual captured in a photograph while reportedly being on private property in Highland Township.
According to authorities, the image was taken on Saturday, February 22, at approximately 4:45 p.m., when the individual was observed on the property. Police have not released additional details regarding the situation but are urging anyone who recognizes the individual to come forward.
