PARKESBURG, PA — A Chester County woman is facing assault-related charges following an investigation into a reported domestic incident in Atglen Borough, according to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department.
Police said officers responded to a residence in Atglen Borough on Tuesday, May 26, for a reported domestic disturbance.
According to authorities, 33-year-old Savanna Parsons was subsequently arrested and charged with assault of a care-dependent person, simple assault, and related offenses.
Police did not release additional details regarding the allegations or the circumstances that led to the charges.
Authorities said a preliminary hearing will be scheduled before District Court 15-3-07.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
