Brazen Burglary in Wilmington—Cash and Guns Stolen Through Roof Break-In

WILMINGTON, DE — The Delaware State Police are conducting an active investigation into a burglary at a pair of businesses in Wilmington early Friday morning.

On February 21, 2025, officers were dispatched to 3505 Miller Road at approximately 7 a.m. in response to a reported break-in. The property houses both Eagle Tobacco Shop and Eagle Wireless. Investigators determined that the suspect or suspects gained access by cutting a hole through the building’s roof.

Once inside, the individuals allegedly stole an undisclosed amount of cash as well as three handguns before fleeing the scene.

At this time, authorities have not identified any suspects, and efforts are ongoing to gather more information.
