WILMINGTON, DE — WSFS Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WSFS) has promoted and appointed four senior leaders within its Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors division, a move that restructures leadership across investment strategy, advisory services and regional wealth management operations as the company continues expanding its wealth management business.
The changes place new leadership over the firm’s investment outlook, advisory platform and client-facing teams in the Philadelphia and Delaware markets.
Brandon McFadden was promoted to managing director and will oversee advisory services across Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors. His responsibilities include leading the firm’s wealth management advisory platform and supporting growth initiatives across the business.
Andrew Davis was named head of investment strategy, succeeding from his previous role as director of macroeconomic research. In the new position, Davis will lead economic and market analysis used in investment decision-making and serve as the primary spokesperson for the Chief Investment Office’s investment outlook.
The appointment gives Davis a larger role in shaping portfolio strategy and communicating the firm’s views on economic and market conditions to clients and advisors.
WSFS also elevated David Navarro to wealth director, placing him in charge of the Philadelphia market. Navarro oversees advisory professionals and client support teams serving wealth management clients throughout the region.
Michael Paregian was appointed wealth director for Delaware after nine years with the organization as a senior financial advisor. He will lead advisory and client support teams serving clients across the state’s markets.
The appointments come as regional banks and wealth managers continue investing in advisory businesses to deepen client relationships and generate fee-based revenue less dependent on interest-rate cycles.
Jamie Hopkins, chief wealth officer for WSFS and Bryn Mawr Trust, described the four executives as “proven leaders” whose appointments reflect the firm’s focus on advisory growth and regional leadership.
WSFS Financial, headquartered in Wilmington, operates wealth management services through Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors alongside its banking and trust businesses across the Mid-Atlantic region.
