WILMINGTON, DE — WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS) recently entered into a long-term lease renewal for its office at 1818 Market Street in Philadelphia.
The building, known as WSFS Bank Place, has been occupied by the company since 2019 and serves as a Center City location for more than 250 employees.
The lease renewal maintains WSFS’s presence in Philadelphia, a key market for the company’s banking and financial services operations.
“This lease renewal underscores our unwavering commitment to Philadelphia, a city that has been integral to our growth and success as an organization,” said Rodger Levenson, chairman, president, and CEO of WSFS.
WSFS expanded its footprint at the site in 2024 with the addition of a banking office, full-service ATM, and Wiss Fiss Lounge.
The company said the office supports collaboration and service delivery for clients in the Philadelphia region.
